Meet Jackie M:

Jackie M is the founder of Jackie M Malaysian Cuisine. She started running weekly food stalls at various Sydney markets in 2002, and as the business grew, moved her food production operations into commercial premises in the inner-western suburb of Concord in 2005.  Due to persistent demands from her ever-growing fan-base she finally opened her restaurant in late July 2010 at this same location.

Jackie M's range of frozen packs & cooking aids is highly regarded, and she has been approached in the past by a prestigious deli chain to produce them under their own label.  Her curries have also piqued the interest of upmarket restaurant and entertainment venues, including a 5-star international hotel.

Jackie comes from an eclectic work and educational background - prior to embarking on a food career, she was an IT consultant for many years, working in both Sydney and London. She graduated from Sydney University in 1992 with a degree in Arts (Languages). She also used to co-host a movie review segment in a weekly show on the community TV channel, CH31.

Jackie spends all day cooking in the kitchen with Fox News blaring in the background.  Her favourite TV shows are Red Eye w/Greg Gutfeld , Chuck and Destination Truth
